JOB POST: GROWTH Strategist (Remote / Offshore) HEADLINE: Financial & Data Strategist for 8-9 Figure US Brands THE OPPORTUNITY: We are Ecomexperts, a premier North American Agency partnering with massive 8 and 9-figure consumer brands ($20M - $300M+ revenue). We are looking for a ** Growth Strategist** to join our Strategy Department. We do NOT require previous E-commerce or Media Buying experience. We are looking for High IQ, Logic, and Financial Modeling skills. We will teach you the industry. We need you to bring the brainpower. THE MISSION: Your job is to ensure our clients never fly blind. You will manage the data, the forecasts, and the reporting that dictates millions of dollars in spending. You will take incomplete data and turn it into actionable financial models. WHAT YOU WILL DO (The Daily Protocol) The Daily Pulse: Every morning (EST), you will log into our data tools and update the "Daily Forecast Tracker." Variance Analysis: You will identify the "Delta." Example: We forecasted $50k revenue. We hit $40k. Why? Traffic was flat, but Revenue Per Session dropped. "The Leak" Report: You will hunt for anomalies in the P&L. Example: "Alert: Shipping costs spiked by 15% yesterday, destroying our margin." Model Building: You will build complex financial models in Google Sheets from scratch, often making educated estimates when data is missing. Data Integrity: You are the guardian of the numbers. If the data in the sheet doesn't match the bank account, you fix it immediately. WHO YOU ARE The Logic Engine: You understand Cause and Effect. You don't just copy-paste numbers; you understand the story they tell. Comfortable with Ambiguity: If a data point is missing, you don't stop working. You research, you estimate, and you document your assumptions. Excel/Sheets Master: You dream in VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Query functions. You can build complex models that don't break. Zero-Defect Mindset: You check your work three times. A decimal point error can cost a client a thousand. You take that seriously. Perfect Written English: You can write a summary that a US CEO can read without editing. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science. Experience: 2+ years in a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Business Intelligence role. Tools: Expert in Google Sheets/Excel. Availability: Must be willing to work 9am to 5pm US Eastern Time (EST).
