Role: Guidewire ClaimsCenter Data Analyst Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 12 Months+ Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 3 Days a week In-Office - Pune, India We’re seeking a Senior Claims Data Analyst with strong Guidewire ClaimCenter and P&C insurance experience to drive data accuracy, insights, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze large commercial P&C claims datasets to identify trends and issues • Build dashboards and reports using Tableau / Power BI / QlikView • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend data-driven improvements • Support data mapping, migration, ETL, and reconciliation in Guidewire ClaimCenter • Act as a moderator for ClaimCenter master data mapping & integrations • Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business stakeholders • Present insights clearly to leadership and non-technical audiences Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years in claims data analysis (insurance / P&C preferred) • Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter • Expertise in SQL / PL-SQL / T-SQL and ETL tools • Advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query) • Experience with data visualization tools • Solid understanding of P&C insurance concepts Nice to Have: • Python / SAS, predictive analytics, ML exposure • AI tools and automation experience
