Job Title: Hard Material Clay Modeller & CAS Modeller Location: Bangkok | Type: Full-Time Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Hard Material & Clay Modeller to convert design concepts into high-quality physical models for styling and presentation. The role involves hands-on modelling, workshop management, machine supervision, and support for digital 3D workflows. Key Responsibilities • Translate sketches and design concepts into accurate 3D clay and hard models • Prepare structural bases and assemble models from prototyping, milled parts, and mixed materials • Refine models to presentation/clinic quality standards • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment • Manage tools, materials, and workshop consumables • Assemble/disassemble motorcycle and vehicle components using basic mechanical skills • Operate and oversee milling and FDM machines • Work with CAD/CAM data and coordinate machine maintenance with vendors • Support fast digital 3D modelling; willingness to learn tools like Maya, Cinema 4D, etc. • Travel to India (1–2 weeks) for project-based model delivery and refinement at Pune R&D Center Required Skills • Strong clay sculpting and hard modelling expertise • Knowledge of model structures and fabrication methods • Mechanical aptitude and workshop discipline • Familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows • Attention to detail and finishing quality • Team collaboration and time management Qualifications • Bachelor's / Master's in Industrial Design, Product Design, Automotive Design, Fine Arts (Sculpture), Mechanical Engineering, or Model Making • 3–8 years of relevant experience in design studios, modelling workshops, prototyping labs, or automotive R&D environments Reporting To Design Studio Head in Bangkok
