Role: HCM Cloud Functional Lead Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai Employment Type: C2H Role Overview Leading the work associated with the implementation of Oracle Core HR and Workforce Compensation, including Design, Configuration and Build, Testing, and Cutover to Production. Working closely with a large team to deliver results for the client. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Core HR and Workforce Compensation • Own Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, and Production Cutover activities • Collaborate with large cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery • Drive team efforts to meet project timelines and milestones Required Experience & Skills: • 7+ years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud • Minimum 4 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations • 7+ years of strong functional and/or technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud • Deep experience in Compensation and Core HR modules • 7+ years of experience leading teams and managing delivery timelines Preferred Qualification: • Oracle HCM Compensation Cloud Certification
