About the job

Role Summary: We are seeking a strategic and aesthetically driven Head Brand & Marketing to lead the overall brand vision, creative direction, team leadership, PR, exhibitions, and marketing execution across all verticals. This is a senior leadership role focused on brand building, storytelling, luxury positioning, and execution excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy & Positioning • Develop annual and quarterly brand roadmaps • Define and strengthen brand positioning across B2B & B2C verticals • Build long-term brand equity and visibility • Study market trends and competitors to refine brand direction • Present strategic marketing plans to management 2. Creative Direction & Campaign Leadership • Conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns (Bridal, Festive, SS/AW) • Lead campaign shoots from concept to completion • Oversee lookbooks, styling, sourcing, and creative production • Ensure cohesive storytelling across retail, exhibitions, and digital platforms • Maintain premium visual and communication standards 3. Team Leadership & Execution Oversight • Lead and mentor Graphic Designers, Content Team, and Social Media Team • Delegate responsibilities and ensure timely execution • Drive structured planning, monthly reviews, and accountability • Ensure alignment between brand strategy and team output 4. Social Media & Digital Brand Supervision • Oversee overall Instagram and social media presence • Approve content calendars and creative direction • Ensure structured management of customer inquiries • Supervise website coordination and brand hygiene 5. PR, Collaborations & Industry Relations • Lead press releases and brand communications • Manage collaborations with stylists, designers, bloggers, celebrities, and artists • Negotiate and execute partnership opportunities • Support leadership brand positioning and industry visibility • Represent the brand at fashion events and exhibitions 6. Exhibitions, Visual Merchandising & Retail Branding • Lead branding for B2B & B2C exhibitions • Oversee booth design and experiential brand presentation • Supervise in-store VM and store launch branding • Ensure premium luxury representation across all touchpoints 7. Budgeting & Marketing Governance • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets • Evaluate marketing opportunities and proposals • Ensure cost discipline and structured reporting • Oversee coordination for shoots and jewellery movement logistics Key Requirements: • 6-10 years of experience in Luxury / Jewellery / Fashion / Lifestyle Marketing • Strong experience leading creative and marketing teams • Proven exposure to campaign shoots, exhibitions, and luxury brand building • Experience handling PR and industry collaborations • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability. Skills & Qualifications: • Strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury branding • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate vision into structured execution • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Branding, or related field
