Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Reports to: Promoter / Managing Director Function Oversight: Accounts & Cash Flow, Sales & Marketing, Events, Business Development, Growth Role Summary Mind Maestro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a high-impact Head Business Operations and Integration to work directly with the Promoter and drive execution across the company. This role is responsible for end-to-end business integration, operational excellence, and P&L ownership—translating the Promoter’s vision into measurable plans, aligning teams, and ensuring consistent delivery, profitability, and growth across business lines (including Bloom Growth franchise and other offerings). Key Responsibilities 1) Strategy Execution & Promoter Office • Convert the Promoter’s vision into annual/quarterly KPIs, roadmaps, and execution plans. • Drive business rhythms: weekly reviews, monthly business reviews (MBRs), goal tracking, action closure. • Act as a thought partner to the Promoter on priorities, decisions, and key initiatives. 2) P&L Ownership & Business Performance • Own consolidated P&L (or business-unit P&L as assigned) including revenue, gross margin, costs, and profitability. • Build and track budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards. • Identify profit levers: pricing, utilization, delivery cost optimization, vendor/coach costs, overhead control, collections. • Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and working capital discipline in collaboration with finance. 3) Cross-Functional Integration (Sales → Delivery → Client Success) • Ensure seamless handoffs and accountability across functions—especially between sales commitments and delivery execution. • Standardize and improve operating processes: proposal-to-delivery workflow, trainer/coach allocation, program planning, feedback loops. • Solve cross-functional bottlenecks and ensure client experience is consistently high. 4) Operating System & Process Excellence • Create SOPs, templates, playbooks, and governance to scale operations. • Set up business dashboards (pipeline, delivery, utilization, CSAT/NPS, margins, cash). • Lead automation and tool adoption (CRM, project tracking, finance ops, HR systems) as needed. 5) Leadership, People, and Culture Enablement • Coordinate hiring plans with functional heads, ensuring roles are filled as per growth priorities. • Drive performance management cadence and accountability (KPIs, reviews, role clarity). • Build a strong execution culture: ownership, speed, quality, and collaboration. 6) Strategic Projects & Expansion • Lead high-priority strategic initiatives (new offerings, partnerships, franchise expansion, new geographies). • Conduct business cases, feasibility, pricing models, and roll-out plans. • Monitor competitive landscape and recommend improvements in positioning and differentiation. 7) Sales, Business Development & Growth Enablement • Oversee sales pipeline hygiene, forecasting, conversion tracking, and revenue achievement. • Strengthen BD processes: prospecting cadence, lead tracking, proposal flow, negotiation support, closure discipline. • Work with the Promoter to sharpen offerings, pricing, packaging, and growth strategy. • Build a growth roadmap by segment (corporates, institutions, franchise, open programs as applicable). Key Deliverables (First 90–180 Days) • Define company-wide KPIs and a review cadence aligned with Promoter priorities. • Establish a P&L dashboard with drivers (revenue, margin, utilization, costs, cash collections). • Improve sales-to-delivery integration with clear SOPs and ownership. • Implement weekly execution rhythm and issue-resolution mechanism. • Identify and implement 3–5 profitability improvements (pricing, cost, utilization, collections, process). Education & Experience Education • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field) • MBA/PGDM preferred (Strategy/Operations/Finance/General Business/Marketing) Experience (Preferred Range) • 8–15 years overall experience with strong exposure to, business operations, revenue growth, team management, motivating and / or general management. • Prior experience in one or more of: Corporate training / L&D / consulting / professional services, EdTech (B2B) or HR services, High-growth SME / founder-led business environment. • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and building scalable operating processes. Skills & Competencies • Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margin management) • Excellent execution and program management capability (planning → tracking → closure) • Ability to influence without authority; strong stakeholder management • Structured problem-solving and decision-making • Excellent communication—able to translate strategy into clear actions • High ownership mindset; comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments • Tools: Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), PowerPoint, CRM familiarity; dashboarding is a plus Key Success Metrics (KPIs) • Revenue and gross margin achievement vs plan • Cost control and profitability improvement • Collections and cash flow discipline • On-time, high-quality delivery outcomes and client satisfaction • Operational efficiency metrics (cycle times, utilization, process adherence) • Execution velocity on strategic projects (initiative completion, impact delivered)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field)
- MBA/PGDM preferred (Strategy/Operations/Finance/General Business/Marketing).
