Key Responsibilities • Lead commercial sales for office interiors, turnkey & GC projects • Drive closure of large, complex corporate projects • Build, lead, and scale the commercial sales team • Own key client relationships and strategic accounts • Source and qualify high-quality tenders aligned with execution capability • Strengthen Uniworks’ presence across Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai • Ensure alignment between sales, projects, procurement & finance Ideal Candidate Profile • 10+ years of experience in corporate interiors / turnkey sales • Strong exposure to design & build / GC models • Proven track record of closing large-ticket projects • Deep industry network across South India-Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facility Heads, PMCs & Consultants • Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams • Strong commercial judgment and execution awareness • Senior presence, high ownership, and integrity-driven
