This role requires deep understanding of government procurement processes and strong relationships within the ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with government bodies, PSUs, and authorities Identify tender opportunities, RFPs, and government projects Lead the end-to-end tendering process including documentation and negotiations Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely submissions Drive revenue through long-term government contracts Stay updated on policy changes, procurement norms, and eligibility criteria Achieve defined government sales targets What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of experience in government / PSU sales or procurement-led roles • Strong network within government departments, PSUs, or public institutions • Deep understanding of tendering and compliance processes • High integrity, patience, and persistence • Results-driven, self-starter, and comfortable navigating complex systems.
