Qualifications • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law • Expertise in developing and implementing effective HR Policies • Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution • Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field • Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are advantageous
