CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA Interested candidates can share their CV via: WhatsApp: Email: Key Responsibilities: • Lead and head the entire Learning & Development function across luxury hospitality operations • Design and implement strategic training initiatives aligned with business objectives • Develop leadership development programs and succession planning frameworks • Drive service excellence training across hotels and restaurant teams • Identify skill gaps and create structured learning interventions • Manage training budgets, vendor partnerships, and digital learning platforms • Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and performance metrics • Build a strong learning culture across the organization Key Requirements: • Proven experience in heading the Training/L&D function • Strong background in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium hospitality brands • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability • Experience in managing large, multi-location teams preferred
