About the job
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Business Development to drive our growth across the US market. This role will focus on building strategic client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and expanding our presence with US-based enterprises. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute business development strategies for the US market. • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with US clients. • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Work closely with delivery and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. • Represent the company in US client meetings, calls, and virtual presentations. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales targeting US clients. • Proven track record of closing deals in the US market. • Strong understanding of IT services / technology / consulting sales.
