Role Overview We are seeking a Head of Demand Generation to lead and scale our lead generation and pipeline growth engine. This role will be responsible for building and executing data-driven demand generation strategies that consistently generate high-quality leads and contribute directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, performance marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM), with a clear focus on driving qualified pipeline for the sales team. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to ensure that marketing initiatives translate into measurable pipeline impact and customer acquisition. Location: Gurugram (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Demand Generation Strategy • Develop and execute a scalable demand generation strategy focused on increasing qualified pipeline and revenue growth. • Own the entire marketing funnel, from awareness and lead capture to MQL and SQL conversion. • Identify and test new growth channels and acquisition strategies to expand the company’s demand generation capabilities. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development • Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, paid media, and content marketing. • Build consistent inbound and outbound lead generation programs to support the sales pipeline. • Partner with SDR and Sales teams to ensure lead quality, pipeline conversion, and effective follow-up strategies. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) • Design and implement ABM programs targeting key enterprise healthcare accounts. • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop target account strategies and personalized outreach campaigns. Marketing Automation & Funnel Optimization • Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms to streamline lead capture, nurturing, and scoring. • Create automated lead nurturing campaigns to convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities. • Continuously improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel. Performance & Analytics • Track and analyze lead generation metrics, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution. • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve cost-per-lead and customer acquisition costs. • Report regularly on pipeline generation, marketing ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Lead Generation roles. • Proven experience building and scaling pipeline generation strategies in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments. • Strong expertise in lead generation campaigns, performance marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize campaigns using performance data. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
