Position: Head of Finance & Administration Location: Dodoma, Tanzania Industry: Sunflower Oil Production About the Role We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance & Administration to lead the finance function of a growing edible oils manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain experience in the edible oils sector along with proven leadership in finance and administration. Experience Required • 10–15 years of total experience • Minimum 5 years in a Head of Finance / Finance Leadership role • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Edible Oils industry Key Responsibilities • Lead the overall Finance & Administration function • Oversee accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and statutory compliance • Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports and Board-level financial statements to the Board of Directors • Manage, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team • Implement and supervise ERP onboarding and setup, ensuring seamless process integration • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls • Raise debt and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions • Ensure audit coordination, statutory compliance, and risk management Required Skills & Expertise • Mandatory: Experience in the Edible Oils sector • Proven track record as Head of Finance - Leadership Role • Hands-on experience in ERP implementation • Expertise in MIS reporting and presenting financials to Boards • Experience in debt raising, lender management, and financial negotiations • Strong leadership and team management capabilities • Excellent understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
