What will you do? • In this role you will formulate and implement strategic financial objectives for Linde in consultation with the management and you need to drive all financial processes and support business in the growth agenda • Further you will finalize, recommend & implement the financial strategy for the organization • Furthermore, you will strive to achieve cost control through judicious control over the commercial planning, contracts and taxation matters • Moreover, you will lead the budget preparation & finalize it • Thereafter, you will establish standardized systems and processes for various financial operations and ensures development of standard operating procedures • Further, you will create a culture of financial discipline by ensuring the implementation of management and financial management systems and processes across the organization and lead finance and accounts team • Furthermore, you will be responsible for conceptualizing & developing financial plans to enable achievement of objectives as per organizational goals • Moreover, you will be overseeing overall financial control, in the organization and will oversee internal audit to validate the accuracy of organization's records • In addition to that you will be reviewing & presenting MIS reports to monitor movement of key business indicators and facilitating decision-making process of the top management • Moreover, you will be reviewing & presenting Periodic MIS reports, Business analysis, Project Cost Variance Reports, Credit Reports etc • Further you will report presentation to the Sr. management & to the parent company which, besides financial statements include, Treasury Reports, costing reports etc • Furthermore, you will be responsible for short / medium term planning of company policies and business strategies, designing and updating of long-term master plan of the organization • Additionally, you will be monitoring and managing impact of environmental changes to steer the business unit away from threatsWinning in your role. Do you have what it takes? • You have a CA degree with 12 to 14 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts role of which five (5) years at a senior level • Good knowledge of Indian and global financial markets • You must have in depth understanding of Accounting Standards (National / International) and of financial management and methods of investment evaluation Why you will love working for us!
