As the Head of Global Planning at the company, your main role is to lead a global transformation in supply chain planning. Key Responsibilities: • Own global S&OP and S&OE cycles, ensuring decisions are made, actions tracked, and accountability enforced. • Approve demand, inventory, and supply plans and reconcile them against financial targets. • Establish clear planning roles and governance to ensure consistency across regions. • Drive collaboration between global and regional planning teams, standardizing roles and processes. • Lead global planning improvement programs aligned with strategy. • Drive adoption of advanced analytics and digital planning solutions. • Partner with IT and Master Data teams to enable current planning systems and future digital solutions. • Standardize planning practices across Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock processes, taking full ownership of the entire product portfolio from a supply chain planning perspective. Qualifications Required: • Solid track record in global supply chain management within a multinational, matrix organization. • Experience in end-to-end processes such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP/S&OE. • Skilled in process standardization and familiar with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and advanced analytics. • Experience in change management and acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English. • Strategic leader who inspires teams, aligns planning with long-term business goals, and champions a customer-first mindset. • Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies. • Influential communicator who builds trust across functions and geographies. • Adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic environments and embracing innovation and continuous improvement.
