We are setting up a new GCC and are looking for a Head of HR with proven experience in building capability centers from scratch. This role will lead the full people strategy, talent build-out, and HR operations for a fast-scaling global hub. Ideal Profile • 15–22 years in HR with hands-on GCC build experience (greenfield preferred). • Strong understanding of India talent markets. • Track record of scaling teams rapidly in global matrix environments. • Excellent stakeholder management and execution ability.
