About the role: In this role, you will architect and drive the human capital strategy for a agile, growth-oriented company at the intersection of technology and financial services. You will address both short- and long-term people challenges while enabling integrated collaboration across functions, mindful of the regulatory environment that shapes the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Champion a data-driven approach to employee experience by embedding eSAT and eNPS as core elements of the people strategy. - Ensure compliance of employment laws and regulations and stay updated on new developments. - Provide strategic oversight of performance management systems, driving continuous improvement to align with organizational goals and employee development. - Actively work on improving overall productivity. - Mentor regional HR teams to ensure consistency and excellence in operations. - Serve as an influential member of the leadership team, facilitating development of Snapmint's culture and an engaged workforce.
