Hiring for leading a global business process services firm, part of US Based firm, offering support in HR, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and more, aiming to help companies scale globally. • Lead end-to-end HR & Customer Service Operations for key clients. • Own client performance, service delivery outcomes, and strategic account governance. • Ensure consistent achievement and over-delivery of client-defined KPIs and SLAs. • Establish and maintain strong risk management, control, and compliance frameworks. • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and best practices. • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing HR and customer service teams. • Partner for providing domain expertise to support solutioning, transformation, and transitions. • Build organizational capability to support scalable and sustainable service delivery. • Act as a senior member of the Leadership Team, contributing to enterprise strategy and decision-making. • Support business growth through superior client service, retention, and expansion. • Manage stakeholder relationships with senior client leaders and internal partners. • Oversee workforce planning, productivity, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. • Ensure effective governance, reporting, and performance reviews with clients. • Report directly to the CEO. Experience & Qualifications • 18+ years of experience managing third-party, client-facing service delivery operations. • Strong exposure to multi-process operations, project management, and strategic planning. • 8+ years of direct Hire-to-Retire and/or customer service operations experience. • 10+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing large teams. • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and transformation programs.
