With over a decade of strong presence in the renewable energy sector, INA Solar specializes in high-efficiency solar panel manufacturing and EPC solutions across India. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations (IR) professional who will be responsible for managing investor communication, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening financial transparency. The candidate will act as a key interface between the company, investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the Investor Relations strategy. • Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports and investor presentations. • Ensure timely SEBI compliance and regulatory disclosures. • Manage communication with shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors. • Organize earnings calls, analyst meets, AGMs, and investor roadshows. • Monitor stock performance, market trends, and investor feedback. • Support senior management in financial communication and strategic messaging. • Drive ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) reporting initiatives. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or Economics. • CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred. Experience Requirements • 10–15 years of experience in: • Investor Relations • Equity Research • Corporate Finance • Investment Banking • Experience in listed companies, brokerage firms, or financial advisory firms preferred. Location-Specific Expectations (Mumbai Candidates) • Familiarity with BSE/NSE regulations. • Understanding of Mumbai’s financial ecosystem. • Strong investor and analyst network preferred.
