Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Head of Logistics for a full-time, on-site role located in Kanayannur. The Head of Logistics will oversee and coordinate all logistics operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, warehouse operations, and procurement. Responsibilities include optimizing processes for efficiency, managing supply activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication between departments and with external vendors. The role requires analyzing logistical challenges, proposing solutions, and driving performance improvements. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management processes • Strong understanding of Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations techniques • Experience with Procurement and vendor relationship management • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to lead a team and ensure timely delivery and process efficiency • Proficiency in using logistics and supply chain software tools • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
