Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Head of Marketing & Business Development. The candidate will oversee performance marketing, e-commerce growth, social media strategy, and D2C marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy including brand, growth, and revenue initiatives • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Meta, Google, etc.) • Drive D2C marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value • Oversee e-commerce growth and optimization across website and online platforms • Manage and scale social media marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities • Develop sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth • Build and maintain brand reputation through PR initiatives and partnerships • Work closely with leadership, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI to optimize campaigns • Lead and mentor the marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns Qualifications: • Strong expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Strategy, and Market Research • Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Growth Strategy • Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and Customer Engagement • Demonstrated success in Sales and Business Development with revenue responsibility • Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning ability • Proven experience in a senior marketing or business development role • Experience in health, wellness, healthcare, or D2C consumer brands will be an advantage • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
