Location: Mumbai (Khar West office) Company: My Digital Shelf (MDS) Working hours: 12:30pm-9pm IST - Monday - Friday As the business continues to grow internationally, we are looking for a Head of Operations & Project Management to help run the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure teams, projects and priorities are executed effectively. This role sits at the centre of the organisation and works closely with the Founder to ensure the business runs efficiently and that all teams are aligned and delivering against key objectives. Role Overview The Head of Operations & Project Management will oversee internal operations, team coordination and project delivery across the business. This role focuses on ensuring that projects move forward efficiently, teams are aligned on priorities, and operational processes support the continued growth of the company. You will act as the operational backbone of the business, helping translate strategy into execution while improving systems, processes and accountability across teams. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day business operations of My Digital Shelf and ensure teams are aligned on priorities and deliverables • Lead project management across key business initiatives and ensure deadlines and milestones are met • Build and maintain structured project plans to coordinate work across marketing, partnerships, operations and leadership • Manage internal communication and ensure cross-functional collaboration across teams • Track progress across projects and proactively identify risks or delays • Lead weekly operational meetings to monitor delivery and resolve blockers • Develop and improve internal processes, workflows and systems to support business growth • Implement project management tools and reporting frameworks to improve accountability and transparency • Support the Founder with operational planning, execution and team coordination • Manage and mentor team members responsible for operational delivery Requirements • 7+ years experience in operations, business management, or project management roles • Strong experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously • Exceptional organisational and execution skills • Proven ability to create structure and processes within a growing business • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Highly proactive and solutions-oriented mindset • Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Nice to Have • Experience working in a fast-growing startup or entrepreneurial environment • Experience managing cross-functional teams or business operations • Familiarity with project management tools and operational systems Why Join My Digital Shelf • Work directly with the Founder to help scale a growing international business • Opportunity to build and shape the operational structure of the company • Work with global brands and industry leaders across FMCG, retail and technology • Be part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team
