Job Summary/Objective: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head of Product to support our product and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will help shape product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely feature delivery. Experience with Agile processes and tools is a plus. Responsibilities: Product Management (Primary Focus) • Assist Product Managers in defining product vision, roadmap, and strategy • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews • Write user stories, product requirements, and clear acceptance criteria • Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning • Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams • Analyze product usage and post-launch feedback to suggest improvements Marketing & User Communication • Work with the marketing team on product messaging and positioning • Collaborate on user documentation, product walkthroughs, and release campaigns Agile Collaboration (Supporting Role) • Coordinate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Use Jira or similar tools to track tasks and support sprint execution • Foster a collaborative, process-oriented team environment Requirements: • 4-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or Agile project roles • Must be a Postgraduate (MBA preferred) • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent is a plus, not mandatory • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Why Join Us: Be part of a fast-growing product in the e-commerce collaboration space • Work directly with founders and cross-functional teams • Take ownership and contribute to real product decisions • Flexible work culture with a strong learning curve How to Apply: Send your resume to hr@shipturtle.com
