Must have skills required: Good communication, AI Agents, Team management, Python, SaaS Anervea.AI is Looking for: This is a hands-on leadership role. You will take complete ownership of Kyrios — from vendor transition and code audits to team building and new feature delivery. You’ll build a lean, fast-moving tech org capable of delivering complex AI-driven features on tight timelines. Responsibilities • Lead all engineering functions for Kyrios 2.0 (architecture, backend, frontend, DevOps, data, and security). • Take full control of codebase handover and establish internal CI/CD and AWS infra. • Design modular backend (NodeJS) and frontend (React) architecture for scalability. • Lead development of AI-based targeting, profiling, and recruiter automation. • Collaborate with product and UX teams to prioritize features and ensure user delight. • Build, mentor, and retain a small but high-performance engineering team. Requirements • 8–12 years in product engineering (preferably SaaS, healthcare, or community platforms). • Strong coding skills in NodeJS, MongoDB, ReactJS. • Deep understanding of API security, scaling, data structures, and cloud infra. • Previous experience leading 5–10 member teams in early-stage environments. • Excellent communicator, problem solver, and mentor.
