Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales and Business Development based in Vadodara. The role involves driving sales, developing business opportunities, creating strategies to expand market presence, and nurturing relationships with clients and key stakeholders. The candidate will build and manage a sales team, facilitate account management, and analyze market trends to ensure revenue growth and customer success. Collaborating with technical teams to align service offerings with client needs is also an essential part of the role. Qualifications • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record of achieving targets (Same Field is preferred) • Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships • Proficiency in Team Management and ability to mentor and lead a dynamic sales team • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop actionable business strategies • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders • Familiarity with the electrical engineering or related industries is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field; MBA is advantageous
