Head of Sales and Senior Sales Executives — Real Estate (Rudrapur) Location: Rudrapur | On-site Organisation: Sobtis Group - Real Estate Sobtis Group is expanding its real estate portfolio in Rudrapur and is building a dedicated sales team for our high-rise apartments, villas, and premium residential projects. We are hiring multiple Senior Sales Executives and also seeking a Head of Sales to lead the team. Key Responsibilities For Senior Sales Executives • Handle enquiries, walk-ins, and conduct site visits • Convert leads into bookings and manage the sales pipeline • Coordinate with the CRM team for documentation and follow-ups • Support channel partner engagement and promotional activities • Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey For Head of Sales (Leadership Role) • Lead and manage the sales function for residential projects • Build, mentor, and supervise the sales team • Drive revenue targets and site-visit conversion ratios • Manage channel partner and broker relationships • Present sales performance updates to promoters and senior management Who Should Apply • Senior Sales Executives: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in residential real-estate sales (apartments, villas, or township projects) • Head of Sales: 8–15 years of experience in real-estate sales leadership/team management • MBA - preferably with a focus on Sales — is preferred for all roles • Experience in high-rise residential projects and villas is essential • Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-driven, on-site role in Rudrapur Compensation 💰 CTC Range: ₹7.2 LPA to ₹14.4 LPA (₹60,000 to ₹1,20,000 per month — depending on experience and role) ➕ Performance-linked sales incentives (high earning potential) Why Join Sobtis Group • Opportunity to work on premium residential developments • Leadership growth pathway for the Head of Sales role • Direct interaction with promoters & decision-makers • Stable organisation with a long-term real-estate expansion vision 👉 Only candidates comfortable with the Rudrapur location and compensation range should apply.
