About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations for cutting-edge programs in Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and establishing strong industry and academic partnerships. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals • Drive revenue targets across all offerings (courses, workshops, corporate training) • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies 2. Team Leadership & Management • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team • Set KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks • Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance evaluations 3. Business Development • Establish partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporates • Drive B2B and B2C sales channels • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and conversions 4. Sales Operations & Process Optimization • Implement structured sales processes, CRM tracking, and reporting systems • Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and sales metrics • Ensure daily/weekly reporting discipline across teams 5. Market Positioning & Growth • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends • Position the organization as a leader in Cybersecurity, AI, and ML education • Contribute to pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies 6. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with Operations, Academic, and Marketing teams • Align course offerings with market demand and sales insights • Report directly to the CEO/Leadership Team on sales performance Key Requirements • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Strong experience in EdTech / Training / IT Services sales • Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members • Deep understanding of B2B & B2C sales models • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Experience in CRM tools and sales analytics • Ability to scale operations across multiple locations.
