Head of Sales – Forging & Precision Components Our client, a leading casting & forging manufacturing company supplying precision components to top OEMs and Tier-1 players across Electrical, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, is entering an exciting 3X growth phase over the next 3 years (Organic + Inorganic). To fuel this journey, we’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead revenue growth, expand global markets, and strengthen strategic customer partnerships. You’ll Own • Overall sales strategy & execution • Domestic and export market growth • OEM & Tier-1 customer relationship • New customer acquisition & RFQ conversions • Key commercial negotiations & long-term contracts • Building and leading a high-performance sales team • Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering & quality We’re Looking For • 8–10 years in forgings / auto components / metal manufacturing • Strong exposure to OEM & Tier-1 customer • Proven leadership, negotiation & commercial skills • Experience in forging industry is a strong advantage • Comfortable with plant-based setups + frequent travel Qualification: • B.E./B.Tech preferred (others with relevant experience may apply).
