Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth through innovative marketing approaches. The role also involves overseeing account management activities, identifying new opportunities, and aligning sales goals with the overall company objectives. Qualifications • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets • Experience in Account Management to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients • Proficiency in Team Management to lead and inspire a team to achieve collective goals • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and strategy formulation • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities • Proven track record in a senior sales or marketing role, preferably in the packaging or industrial manufacturing sector • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus
