Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing based in Noida. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and developing effective marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include overseeing account management, analyzing market trends to enhance business performance, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and setting sales and revenue objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and identifying business growth opportunities are integral aspects of the role. Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve business targets. • Expertise in Account Management, including a focus on customer relationship and retention strategies. • Proven ability in Team Management to lead, coach, and motivate sales and marketing teams toward achieving performance goals. • Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate strategies, and make data-driven decisions. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential for engaging with clients and teams effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous. • Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is preferred.
