Job Summary The Head of Supply Chain plays a crucial leadership role in optimizing our supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. This strategic position oversees the planning and implementation of effective supply chain policies ensuring seamless coordination between procurement logistics and distribution. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and improvement in supply chain processes directly impacting the organization s overall performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee the management of 3PL partnerships to ensure effective logistics and transportation solutions. Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively. Drive initiatives for cost reduction and quality improvements throughout the supply chain. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field. 10 to 15 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on 3PL operations. Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in project management and process optimization. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
