Job Title: Head – Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement (Warehouse Commercial & Governance) 📍 Location: Coimbatore 🕒 Experience: 15–20 Years 🏢 Industry: Logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain CTC: Upto 15-20 Lacs 🚀 About the Role We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to head our WH function — the backbone of warehouse commercial governance, billing accuracy, reporting integrity, and revenue control. This role is critical in ensuring zero revenue leakage, strong accounting discipline, standardized SOPs, and data-driven decision-making across warehouse operations. If you are someone who understands both operations and finance, thrives on building scalable systems, and believes governance is non-negotiable — this role is for you. 🔹 Process Governance & Operational Excellence • Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, stock reporting, and MIS governance • Standardize and enforce SOPs across warehouse backend processes • Drive continuous improvement, RCA frameworks, and automation initiatives • Ensure audit readiness, documentation control, and compliance discipline 🔹 Commercial & Revenue Control • Ensure accurate billing aligned to contracts and SLAs • Prevent revenue leakage through structured reconciliation mechanisms • Oversee revenue validation, billing corrections, and cost tracking • Strengthen accounting controls and internal compliance frameworks 🔹 Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Lead and develop a high-performance backend operations team • Drive implementation discipline and process adherence culture • Collaborate closely with warehouse teams, finance, vendors, and clients • Manage escalations and ensure seamless monthly reporting to client 🧠 What We’re Looking For • 15–20 years of experience in logistics, 3PL, finance operations, or commercial governance • Strong background in billing, revenue control, accounting processes, and MIS • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams • Deep understanding of SOP governance and audit compliance • Ability to build scalable backend systems and drive automation • Commerce / Accounting background preferred 🔎 Ideal Candidate Profile • Strong commercial acumen with operational understanding • Detail-oriented yet strategic • High accountability mindset • Comfortable handling senior stakeholders • Data-driven decision maker
