Role Description Position: Head – Product Development & Quality (Dry Fruits & Mixes) Experience: 8 to 10 years Location: Kolkata DEBZST Global Pvt. Ltd. is building a premium dry fruits and healthy mixes brand with a strong focus on taste, quality, and consistency. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional who can independently develop formulations, standardise taste, and take complete ownership of product quality. This is a factory-based role, not a desk or marketing position. What we’re looking for: • Strong experience in dry fruits / namkeen / snack manufacturing • Expertise in roasting, blending, seasoning, and formulation • Ability to standardise taste and ensure batch consistency • Practical knowledge of food safety and quality processes If you want to build products from the ground up and play a key role in shaping a new premium Indian brand, we would like to connect.
