We’re seeking a Sales Head with strong technology roots and strategic leadership experience to spearhead our software services and consulting business. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Asmadiya’s global growth strategy to achieve USD 10 million revenue in 3 years. • Build & nurture relationships with C-suite decision-makers to drive enterprise-level deals. • Develop and execute market-entry strategies for the Middle East, Europe, and North America with minimal investment. • Position Asmadiya’s AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation offerings as business value solutions. • Identify partnerships, alliances, and channel models to accelerate business growth. • Build and mentor a high-performance sales team aligned with the company’s vision. • Own P&L, revenue forecasts, and quarterly business reviews with leadership.
