Hiring: Head – Sales & Marketing | WOWSTAYZ2 | Indore WOWSTAYZ2, a fast-growing chain of boutique hotels & resorts, is looking for a Senior Head – Sales & Marketing with 5+ years of hospitality experience (hotel chains preferred) and proven team leadership experience. Role Highlights: • Lead overall sales & marketing strategy and drive revenue growth • Manage, mentor & lead the Sales and Marketing team • Drive room revenue, corporate sales, MICE & partnerships • Handle OTAs, travel agents, digital & offline marketing initiatives • Work closely with revenue and operations teams Requirements: • 5+ years in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry • Prior experience managing a sales & marketing team (mandatory) • Strong leadership, negotiation & strategic skills • Must be based in Indore or willing to relocate Why WOWSTAYZ2?
