Responsibility - Develop and implement group-wide supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and clinical excellence. Standardize procurement and inventory policies across all hospitals. Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or patient safety. Support new hospital launches, expansions, and capacity enhancement planning. Lead centralized procurement of: Pharmaceuticals (NICU, PICU, OBGYN critical drugs), Surgical consumables, Medical equipment & implants, Diagnostic supplies, Biomedical equipment. Establish and manage vendor contracts, rate agreements, and SLAs. Lead negotiations for bulk purchasing advantages. Develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
