About the job
Job Description – • Activate existing Life, Motor, and Health agents for cross-sell and upsell, and activate new FAs. • Nurture POSPs with strong Health potential. • Run health-focused activation drives, renewal campaigns, weekly reviews, and promote Health across all their branches. • Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the health vertical within SGI. • Identify and source innovative health products and solutions to add to our portfolio. • Build partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector. • Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve. Skills required – • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the health insurance industry. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement. • Strong Data Analytics and command over MIS.
