Data Analyst with strong expertise in RCM, CPT & Diagnostic Codes. You will play a key role in analyzing healthcare data, identifying revenue opportunities, and driving financial optimization strategies. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: • Analyze reimbursement trends & Medicare rates across practices • Perform CPT-level revenue and payer analysis • Standardize data definitions and build data dictionaries • Identify revenue optimization opportunities • Collaborate with analytics & account teams for accurate reporting ✅ What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years in RCM & healthcare analytics • Strong knowledge of CPT & diagnostic coding • Experience with data analysis tools (Google Sheets/Excel, etc.) • Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills • Understanding of Medicare reimbursement & EHR systems (preferred) 🌟 Why Join Us? • Be part of building a high-impact offshore delivery center • Work in a collaborative, growth-driven environment • Contribute directly to US healthcare operations & outcomes
