CliniWings Clinical Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and research-oriented fresh graduates to join our Global HEOR (Health Economics & Outcomes Research) team. The HEOR Analyst will support real-world evidence (RWE), systematic literature reviews (SLR), economic evaluations, and value-based research projects for global pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. This role is ideal for M. Pharma ... cy and Pharm D (2025 pass-outs) who are eager to build a strong career in HEOR, RWE, and evidence-based decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Conduct Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR), targeted literature reviews, and evidence synthesis • Support Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies using observational and secondary data sources • Assist in health economic evaluations (cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, budget impact models) • Perform data extraction, validation, and quality checks from published and real-world sources • Prepare HTA-ready deliverables, reports, and scientific documentation • Support value dossiers, payer evidence, and outcomes research reports • Collaborate with clinical, medical writing, and analytics teams • Ensure adherence to global HEOR, HTA, and publication standards Eligibility Criteria • Qualification: M.
