Horticulture Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Horticulture Manager to oversee and manage all landscaping and horticulture activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of plant care, landscape management, and team supervision, along with a keen eye for maintaining aesthetic and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, develop, and maintain landscapes, gardens, and green areas • Supervise day-to-day horticulture operations and team activities • Ensure proper plantation, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control practices • Monitor plant health and take corrective actions when required • Manage seasonal plantation and landscaping projects • Maintain inventory of plants, tools, and horticulture supplies • Coordinate with other departments to maintain overall property aesthetics • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards Qualifications & Experience: • Master’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or a related field (mandatory) • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in horticulture or landscape management • Strong knowledge of plants, soil, irrigation systems, and pest control • Good team management and communication skills Preferred Skills: • Attention to detail and aesthetic sense • Problem-solving and planning abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or a related field (mandatory)
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in horticulture or landscape management
