Key Responsibilities · Responsible for Hotel Contracting for all regions- development (both Domestic & International). · Vendor Contracting and Management (Hotel, Transport, Cruise, Activities Suppliers, etc.) · Search and confirm travel reservations for the sales team. · Understands and accurately applies client travel policy and requirements to each interaction. · To provide general travel information about the destination to the sales team. · Respond to requests accurately and completely. · Procuring & executing contractual tariffs for hotels and transporters. · Understands and accurately applies travel supplier rules. · Maintains current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported. · Provides the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties. · Can fulfil basic requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) Desired Skills Requirements · Should have at least 3-4 years of experience in Domestic & International hotel Contracting & holiday package designing. · Qualification in tourism or similar is preferred. · Demonstrable experience as a travel consultant, with expertise in Domestic & International travel arrangements. · Contacting Suppliers for booking & special rates. · Top-notch interpersonal skills, including communication, respect, and empathy. · Ability to source the best quotes. · A knack for delivering multiple outputs within tight turnaround times, as needed. · Capacity to deliver commendable services that surpass clients' expectations. · Understand the challenges Travel agents & Corporate face and solve their problems to help them focus on the business and achievement of company sales targets. · Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. · Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
