The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring all services and departments function efficiently. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing training programs, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth communication across teams, and sustaining operational excellence. The role also involves addressing guest inquiries and feedback to create an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications • Strong skills in Operations Management and the ability to optimize daily operations • Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and delivering outstanding guest experiences • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Customer Service best practices and techniques • Experience in staff Training and team development • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar fields preferred • Previous experience in a similar operations or management role at a hotel or resort is advantageous
