Job Responsibilities – • Manage office decorum, utilities, and overall administrative functions • Job posting and end-to-end recruitment process. • Oversee attendance records and streamline hiring processes, including interviewing and salary negotiations • Conduct onboarding procedures and manage exit formalities for departing employees • Plan and execute office events, managing event budgets effectively • Resolve IT issues and ensure smooth operations • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including "Office Fun Fridays" and other events • Handle a workforce of 100+ employees • Managing HRMS software. For a smooth attendance and salary process
