Experience: 3 - 5 Years Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated HR & Admin Executive to be the backbone of our administrative and human resources functions in Kochi. This is a critical, hands-on role that requires a professional who is not only well-versed in core HR and administration but is also keen to support the Founder CEO directly in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Compliance • Statutory Compliance: Ensuring the company is fully up-to-date and compliant with all relevant Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other HR-related statutory requirements. • Payroll Management: End-to-end processing of monthly payroll, including TDS, deductions, reimbursement management, and accurate salary disbursement. • Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles, from job posting and screening to interview coordination and smooth onboarding. • Employee Records: Maintaining and updating accurate employee records (physical and digital) and managing leave/attendance systems. Administration & Executive Support • Office Administration: Overseeing general office management, including procurement of supplies, vendor management, facility maintenance, and ensuring a smooth daily operation. • Billing & Invoicing: Assisting with basic accounts-related tasks such as generating invoices, tracking payments, and coordinating with the external accountant. • Executive Assistance: Providing close, confidential support to the Founder CEO, including managing his calendar, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing basic reports, and handling other priority tasks as required. What We're Looking For • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR and Administration role, preferably within a startup or small/mid-sized company. • Education: A Post Graduate degree (PG) in HR or an equivalent qualification will be a distinct advantage. • Expertise: Must be well-versed and up-to-date with Indian Statutory Compliances related to HR and proficient in accurate payroll processing. • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder management and executive assistance. • Work Ethic: A strong willingness to put in extra effort and hours when required to meet critical deadlines and complete tasks. • Work Arrangement: Mandatory Work From Office attendance in Kochi.
