HR & Admin Manager Location: Mumbai Industry: Event Management / Media & Entertainment Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Human Resources • Manage end-to-end recruitment for the company • Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities. • Maintain employee records, contracts, NDAs, and compliance documentation. • Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and contractor payments. • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct aligned with company culture. • Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally. • Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes. • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, contractor compliance) in coordination with consultants. Administration • Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management. • Manage vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, IT support, office supplies). • Handle asset management, inventory records, and maintenance. • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for events and staff. • Support senior management with administrative reporting and documentation. • Ensure smooth coordination between HR, accounts, production, and operations teams. Event Support • Manage staffing requirements for events, including freelancers, coordinators, and support staff. • Ensure timely documentation and payments for event-based manpower. • Assist in manpower planning and budgeting for events. • Be available for on-ground coordination during major events when required.

Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
