HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting HR data to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role focuses on transforming HR data into actionable insights related to workforce planning, performance, talent, cost, and compliance Key Responsibilities 1. Data Collection & Management • Collect HR data from multiple sources including HRMS, payroll systems, performance management tools, and HRBPs and other stakeholders• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency• Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and databases in MS Excel / PPT/ BI.• Support periodic data audits and data governance requirements2. Data Analysis & Insights • Analyze workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, absenteeism, and manpower cost on monthly basis• Conduct trend, variance, and root-cause analysis• Support predictive and scenario analysis for workforce planning• Identify patterns and insights to support HR strategy and business outcomes3. Reporting & Presentation • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR MIS reports• Develop dashboards and visual reports for leadership review• Present insights in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner• Support leadership presentations, board decks, and review meetings4. Stakeholder Support • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent, HRSS and Finance teams• Provide data support for manpower planning, budgeting, and compensation reviews• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from management5. Process & System Improvement • Recommend improvements in HR reporting, metrics, and analytics processes• Support HR system enhancements and automation initiatives• Establish standard definitions, templates, and reporting frameworksSkills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint• Working knowledge of HRMS, payroll systems, and databases• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred• Basic understanding of statistics and data interpretationBehavioral Competencies• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset• Strong presentation and storytelling skills• Business acumen and problem-solving ability• High levels of confidentiality and integrity• Ability to work with cross-functional teamsQualifications & Experience• Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline• 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, MIS, or workforce analytics• Experience in manufacturing or large corporate environments preferred
