Pivotal Accessibility is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our team. This role requires hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations and the ability to manage HR activities independently. Experience Required • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience • Experience managing HR operations for 50–60 employees Key Responsibilities • End-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding. • End-to-end payroll processing. • Hands-on management of HRMS (attendance, leave, employee records, reports). • Employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, exits, and documentation. • Handling employee relations and HR-related queries. • Maintaining accurate HR records and compliance documentation. Key Skills & Competencies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong understanding of HR operations and processes. • Proven experience with HRMS platforms. • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ownership. Work Mode • Work from Office. Note: • Freshers will not be considered for this position. • Immediate joiners preferred.
