1. Role Overview We are seeking an HR Analytics professional on a Fixed Term Contract to support data-driven decision-making across HR processes. The role involves workforce reporting, dashboards, data quality management, and actionable insights that strengthen talent, performance, and rewards decisions. 2. Key Responsibilities Workforce Reporting & Dashboards • Develop and maintain dashboards for headcount, attrition, hiring, workforce productivity, and employee demographics. • Publish monthly/quarterly HR MIS for leadership. • Track HC movement, org changes, and employee lifecycle metrics. HR Data Analytics • Perform trend analysis to identify patterns related to attrition, performance, talent movement, compensation, and other HR KPIs. • Conduct predictive analytics for attrition risk, succession pipeline, and hiring forecasts (if applicable). • Provide insights to support annual operating plans, manpower budgets, and strategic HR projects. Compensation & Benefits Support • Support on salary benchmarking, internal parity checks, pay structure analysis, and incentive/bonus calculations. • Prepare data templates for increment cycles, promotion cycles, and compensation reviews. HR Systems & Data Governance • Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems • Manage HRIS reports, data uploads, and audits during transitions or HR projects. • Support integration of HRIS modules or enhancements. HR Projects • Support automation of manual reports using Power BI, Excel, Macros, or scripting. • Provide analytics support for talent reviews, workforce planning, and policy changes.
