Office table - Quiet Place for calling Requirements : • Diploma / Degree with min 2 years work experience in HR field • Wordsmith is in Tamil Publication industry, so speak / read in English and Tamil language is mandatory to apply for this job, others pls don't apply, thanks • Experience in sales at least 2-3 years, have to be proactive and fast-learner • Have to be meticulous and focused Job Description : • Posting in the relevant job portal and screening the staff in phone call and zoom, this experience is a MUST • Good commission for RIGHT CANDIDATE CLOSURE AS PER CRITERIA'S WITHIN THE TIME FRAME • Filter the right candidate as per JD and arrange for final interview with management • Drafting the appointment letter and bringing them on board • PPT for the onboarding staff about the company policies • Maintaining the Leave and other all staff related work • Getting quote and finding vendors for office related tasks • Entries in CRM / SMS software and excel • All admin related work • Learning the video editing and Posters (using canvas) - training provided • Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects • Adhoc duties as and when required Benefits : • Company is in growth stage, so opportunities for good career development • Good salary and benefits for right candidate • Management help in your personal growth for right candidate
