We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. This role primarily focuses on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment activities while supporting HR operations when required. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions. • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements. • Coordinate interviews, assess candidate fit, and ensure seamless communication throughout the hiring cycle. • Maintain and update candidate pipelines for all crucial and recurring positions. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and talent priorities. • Handle offer negotiations, release offers, and assist with onboarding formalities. • Ensure recruitment-related reports, trackers, and dashboards are updated regularly. • Support HR initiatives and activities as and when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field. • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. • Strong experience in hiring across diverse functions (Tech & Non-Tech). • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. • Familiarity with recruitment tools, sourcing channels & HRMS (preferred).
